How do top-ups work?
Top up your wallet from the in-app billing screen. The balance is per user, per currency. Results draw against the balance whenever an agent produces a billable result.
What counts as a billable result?
Each result defines its own billable event — e.g. one lead with a verdict written back to the CRM. Re-runs by the same agent on the same record are NOT billable.
Do I get refunds if a verdict is wrong?
Disputed verdicts come with a free re-run; the latest verdict overrides the previous. We don't refund usage charges, but the idempotency rule means a wrong call doesn't cost you twice.
Custom results — do you price them differently?
Yes — custom results get their own pricing rule. We share pricing alongside the spec when we co-build with you.
Do you do invoicing for larger usage?
Yes. Email us if your monthly run-rate is past $5K and we'll set up monthly invoicing with PO support.
